Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and plusjili ("plusjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the plusjili website located at https://plusjili.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and plusjili.

Eligibility

To register and use the plusjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. plusjili strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of plusjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the plusjili Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

plusjili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet these requirements. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of plusjili services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one plusjili account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• KYC Verification: plusjili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

plusjili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful processing.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verified Methods Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on your account. plusjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Currency: All transactions on the plusjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• No Fees: plusjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which plusjili bears no responsibility.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals may be restricted if you have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. Please review the applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.

plusjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

plusjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are in good standing with plusjili.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• plusjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of plusjili management shall be final.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the plusjili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games and betting activities:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, plusjili reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount. No additional compensation will be provided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status.
• plusjili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed by an ineligible player, or placed in violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to plusjili support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward plusjili staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

plusjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our duty of care to Filipino players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting plusjili support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the plusjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of plusjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of plusjili.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plusjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

plusjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

plusjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, plusjili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable, real money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting plusjili customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

plusjili operates under the PAGCOR-regulated framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Amendments

plusjili reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
